‘Jeopardy!’ contestant hilariously loses $3K for mispronouncing ‘gangsta’
Damn, it feels good to be a gangsta.
Whilst it’s difficult to know for certain that the judges of one of America’s longest-running game shows, ‘Jeopardy!” may have said this, undoubtedly, they’ve just performed one of the most ruthless acts in the program’s history.
The show, which sees a host pose answers for contestants to think of the question he may be referring to, was being led by a contestant by the name of Nick.
However trouble arose, when the clue, “A song by Coolio from “Dangerous Minds” goes back in time to become a 1667 John Milton classic”, came up.
Nick confidently gave his answer, which was initially deemed correct.
Yet, the judges believed that due to the strict rules of the game, they had to revoke the $3,200 he had won for his answer.
