Here’s how you can survive the day after a sleepless night

If you’ve had a sleepless night and have a long day ahead of you, taking a nap while your boss isn’t looking is definitely the best course of action.

If that’s not possible, NYMag gives us a few scientifically-proven ways to survive the day, including eating a healthy breakfast, getting some sunlight, drinking coffee before 3pm, and leaving work early to get some rest (yes, science said that!)
