This legendary kid with Tourette’s brought Australia to tears
Last night’s episode of The Project featured an inspiring story about a 12-year-old child suffering from Tourette syndrome.
Cameron Schubert is the inspiring child featured in The Project’s piece on Tourette’s, along with Rose Strazzeri. The segment was to bring awareness to the condition and break the stigma associated with those who suffer from it.
His family explains that there are good days and bad days and although Cameron often puts on a brave face, he reveals that he’s had suicidal thoughts. Ultimately Cameron has remained positive and proactive through his struggles with the help of good friends and family.
